Twice a Man to szwedzka grupa, którą tworzą Dan Söderqvist (electric guitar and vocals) oraz Karl Gasleben (synth and vocals). Poprzednia nazwa grupy to Cosmic Overdose, a pod nazwą Twice A Man muzycy wydają płyty od 1981. Grupa od początku nagrywa płyty z użyciem syntezatorów, od połowy lat 80tych zespół staje się bardziej projektem okołomuzycznym i zaprasza do współpracy różnych twórców z kręgu muzyki, teatru, tańca, filmu. Przez te lata stworzyli 15 CD/LP, 7 produkcji teatralnych, 3 filmy muzyczne oraz zagrali wiele koncertów na całym świecie.
Twice A Man zawsze byli zainteresowani wizualizacją swojej muzyki przy użyciu zaawansowanych technik komputerowych dodając do tego wrażliwość muzyczną.
Prezentowana płyta to wersja CD kasety wydanej w 1983 roku i zawiera nagrania zbliżone stylistycznie do Rational Youth, Blancmange czy też White Door.
Materiał oryginalnie wydany na kasecie w 1983 roku, tutaj w wersji CD zremasterowany.

this CD is FAULTY!I Have the original cassette-release,and the speed of this CD is TOO SLOW.
Dan Soderqvist sounds like a whale on this cd.

TO correct the pitch on this do the following in audacity:
Import Track
select Change speed under Effect
you want to change the speed to 2.041%. This should give you the exact speed this album should be at.
